EMERGENCY CALL OUT:

In emergency situations the standard price to GAIN ENTRY only to a property is £69 (valid 0900-1700 Monday to Friday). The price may differ outside of business hours and during weekends/bank holidays. Please ask for details at time of call.

 

Where possible I will gain entry using non destructive methods however if a new lock is required, I carry stock of snap-safe cylinders starting at £30 and 5 lever Mortice locks from £45.

British Standard locks from brands such as YALE, ULTION and ERA are also available but all prices will be discussed and agreed with you before any work is undertaken.

PRE BOOKED WORK:

I don’t charge an hourly rate therefore all pre booked work is quoted for the job requested. The price quoted will include any costs for labour and replacement/additional locks. Any changes to the price quoted, for example if additional work/locks are necessary once on site, will be discussed before the job starts.

 

All prices quoted at any stage are INCLUSIVE of VAT.
